So, we made it. The longest month ever is finished, from now on it will only be better, warmer, sunnier, happier. There will be no eggs probably but you know what? We will go through it and figure something out, the shortage of eggs can only boost our creativity.
Thank you so much for the last week, it was a really good one and we have had a lot of amazing feedback. I am especially happy to see that you really like Charlie's kimchi and I couldn't be prouder of how he pulled this off, we were all really impressed with the flavours and the packaging.
As you have noticed, it will be our third week without Oli, who broke his shoulder. I am aware you all miss him, as we all do, especially the singing (!) but unfortunately we have to wait until he truly recovers. I just wanted to put it out there - Oli, you are missed by many!
There is no dramatic change in the menu, Laura will work on some new cakes but we are bringing back the coconut cake (Danish dream cake - mainly because they are currently serving it in my favourite Copenhagen bakery: Juno, so we take it it is on trend, and so are we). Herb and garlic buns are coming back too!

If you would like your order to be delivered by Box Bike, let us know a day before at least and we will arrange the delivery for you, thank you!
