Hello everyone. Just like that, we are in the New Year! I find it hard to believe if I am honest. I hope you had amazing Christmas, enjoyed our bread and bakes and New Year's Eve was just the way you wanted. As for the New Year's wishes, I am not going to say that I hope this time will be better than 2021.It will be just the way we make it so lets make it great! As for New Year's resolutions, I only hope you haven't all decided not to eat bread!
We have many lovely things we want to try this month and hope you will join us in our little adventure. This week we are treating you to a quinoa and chia sourdough which some of you may remember from last year. It is lovely, soft, nutty and full of nutrients.
